Mums n Bubs (+Dads) Fitness Classes
We know how hard it is to fit in some exercise with a little one… or two! So, JUMP has your back.
Mums n Bubs (+Dads) fitness classes are an opportunity to have some ‘me’ time and get some training done while our crew entertain and play with your child. Our class is run during our exclusive mini sessions at 10am so it is safe environment for your child while you enjoy an inclusive and relaxed, yet challenging workout. You work up a sweat while we tire your mini ones out.
Mum of two and JUMP.bootcamp instructor Sandra will be taking these classes and will ensure it is a fun and productive class and guide you through the challenges of getting active again.
Please note: there are no Mums n Bubs fitness classes during the school holidays.
